President Barrister Sultan Mahmood awards presidential Shield to veteran journalist Sultan Sikandar

Islamabad: President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mahmood on Saturday awarded the presidential shield to veteran journalist and columnist Sultan Sikandar in recognition of his outstanding journalistic services.

Speaking on the occasion, the AJK president, while appreciating the senior journalist’s significant contribution to the field of journalism, said that besides bringing social issues to the limelight, Sultan Sikandar has played a key role in promoting the issue of Kashmir through his pen during his decades long journalistic carrier.
